there’s no gps for this journey
this is my mantra at the moment. i’ve decided that this year is about me, and my business. this isn’t a selfish thought, and for a long time i thought that it was. what keeps me from doing/having the things i want. why not strive for the dream and make it a reality? FEAR!!! fear of taking the necessary steps, fear of being not just good but great, phenomenal even at what i do. and you know what? it no longer has a place in my life anymore. i’ve put my foot down, looked fear in the eye, and told it to take a hike. this is the only life i’ve got to live, and if i’m lucky enough to have a hereafter or another life, i hope that this step will put me in and even greater understanding that fear is just allowing yourself to crush your dreams.
no more. i’m taking charge. i’m going to keep going, and i hope you will too. make the choice to let it go, no matter what it is! once you let go, you’ll have more energy to put into the things you love. take up photography, learn another language, cook something new,these are small steps. and soon you will inspire others to go for what they’ve always wanted. it’s not as hard as you think, it’a a series of small steps that add up to you. i challenge you to get out of your own way, this year start to do what you know to be right for yourself, and in the process blaze your trail.
in short, all it is is a decision. so, choose the higher road because you of all people deserve it. go for it. i am, and i hope that you will soon be inspired to do the same. it isn’t easy, and believe me nothing worth having is. it’s alot of work to get to where you deserve to be. in the end you will know it’s worth it.
