i was trying to think of a creative way to do get-to-know-me-post, and i’d done one a while ago,but figued an A to Z would be fun..so here we go!!

Essential start to your day: i spend the first five min being thankful to have woken up, then i do a little doward facing dog, stretch, hopefully breakfast, answer emails on the way to work, look at a blog or two, music is a MUST..lately it’s been a mix of Glee songs and Adele, changes with my mood….it may be The Used and Mumford & Son’s next week!
